New Zealand We send orders either by NZ post couriers or for the bigger parcels we send via castle parcels.
Australia We send via Pack & Send door to door to Australia or you can
pick up from one of their locations.

What is your returns Returns/Exchanges Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in
original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges
are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return, please contact a
customer service representative on our toll free number: 0800 693593.
What if my order becomes damaged in the mail?
Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged,
please contact one of our customer service representatives on 0800 693583. We
will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so
the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order
is sent back to you.
Faulty Items/Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled directly by the Watch Doctor, we will do our upmost
to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory and timely manner.
