What Barometers do you service?

We service mainly the Fischer brand but call Cameron if you have another brand you would like repaired.

How long does a repair take?

Barometers are repaired within a 7-10 day period on average depending on the availability of parts.

How do I get it to you? Can I post it to you?

Yes you can either drop of at our workshop or courier to us.
Please make sure that you tell us as much as you can about the issue you need repaired.
Once we receive it we will inform it has arrived and quote on repairs by either by text or email for you to confirm.

How do I get it back? Will you post it back?

Yes we will courier it back to your address.

How will I know when its done?

We will contact you once repair is completed by either phone, cell phone or email.

How much does it cost?

Once we receive the Job we will estimate the repair before continuing

How do I pay for it ?

You can either pay by direct credit or phone us to arrange payment

What courier company do you use? Do I have to sign for it?

We strongly recommend NZ post signature required track & trace courier bags.

How do you package it to ensure it doesn’t get damaged?

We Package all jobs as Fragile items with Bubble wrap or re-enforced cardboard.

Do you track and trace?

Yes we use track and trace with new post or pack & send with Castle Freight.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

All our workmanship is cover by our 1 year warranty.
